Like Brian Gary, I am a die-hard Minnesota Vikings fan. Go ahead get your 2-12 jabs in. As a fan I have 'liked' them on Facebook, but I thought they were pretty brave when they posted the following today: Looking for a last minute gift? So I have two confessions to make. First, I am addicted to the music of Dierks Bentley, especially the last all bluegrass inspired album called "Up On The Ridge" that he put out. And yes, OK, so I have to admit it, I'm addicted to Facebook along with billions of others. I check my page three or four times a day and usually have withdraws if I don't! Along with all of my close friends, one of my favorite people to "stalk" on Facebook is Dierks Bentley, who by the way is coming into town tonight!

There are plenty of ways to waste time on the internet! I have a few favorites of my own. I like playing the games on Facebook! There are several MindJolt games that capture my attention. I also like playing Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune on Facebook, but the one that I have been wasting the most time with is a game called Zuma Blitz!

There were 10 nominees for "Best Picture" this year at the Oscars.  I saw 4 of those movies:  "Toy Story 3", "Inception", "The Kids Are Alright", and "The Social Network".  I saw "The Social Network" most recently and liked it, but what a bunch of jerks!

It's true...I'm not a comedian but sometimes life is just funny if you let it.  I set out to find out how normal I really was because honestly, I'm not normal and I know there are many of you rowing the same boat and it makes me feel better by asking abnormal questions on my K99 FB fan page.  Like the nastiest food combinations you all actually eat.  Ranch dressing on your spaghetti?  Really?

Without a doubt the biggest cultural phenomenon in the last decade has been Facebook. You cannot escape it, it is now ingrained in to our social fabric. There are 650 million users on Facebook giving you all the useless information you need to get through the day like "I hate Wednesdays" or "My boss just doesn't get it". I am not sure when we decided that the world is interested in our every thought and deed but the world is much smaller these days and apparently we like to share everything about ourselves. According to BusinessInsider.com there are only 10 things more popular than Facebook.
