In response to Hurricane Sandy, Due West stepped up to the plate to record a song that is being used in the relief efforts of the devastation left by the storm. The song is about what we all have thought at one time or another if faced with an evacuation crisis.

Get ready to become a fan of Due West. I love this band and you will too when you see them at the Make It Rain concert Thursday at the Ranch in Loveland. I have not been able to take their CD out of my player since I got it. I am sucker for harmony and these guys deliver like no others.

So a bus pulls up in front of K99 yesterday and 3 musicians pile out along with a driver and a record company guy. I honestly didn't know much about these guys, but I did know the name of their band was "Due West".  A handful of us were in for a very pleasant and head-bobbing surprise!
