Friday is a beloved day of the week for most, but at Country Jam it was even better than usual! Rachel Lipsky, Jana Kramer, Josh Thompson, Kellie Pickler, Thomas Rhett and Lady Antebellum each put on great sets for a packed house (‘er… venue)...

Country Jam draws in fans from all over the country. They come for all kinds of reasons - friends, camping, drinking, food, crazy times - but the whole thing is really centered around seeing their favorite country stars. It was an idea born out of curiosity: What's it like on-stage during a headlining performance? Just so happened our crew had a GoPro camera and knew the guitarist for Jake Owen. Put the two together and it was a match made in heaven.

Blue skies, perfect temperatures, and crowds of country fans welcomed the opening day of Country Jam 2014 in style. Country Jam 2013 in Grand Junction is drawing to a close, and we've seen some crazy stuff as we've been out taking pictures and talking with people, especially in the campgrounds. That being said, we took some time to capture the Country Jam experience from the view point of a camper.

Headliners and fan favorites Rascal Flatts (@rascalflatts) closed out Country Jam 2013 with a spectacular show. At this point the band has so many popular hits that the whole crowd was singing along throughout the concert. The band has some pretty die hard fans, making the concert just that much more fun to be a part of!

Blackhawk might not have released an album in a while, but that's alright with us. They absolutely killed it on the Country Jam stage as they brought back classics that will never grow old. Check out pictures from the concert in the gallery above.
