May 8, 2012 A CSU student is in fair condition at Medical Center of the Rockies after jumping from the roof of an apartment complex over the weekend. He was trying to land in the pool but he bounced off the concrete before landing in the pool with serious injuries. We have video of the idiocy!
May 6, 2012 A couple weeks ago 3 CSU football players were arrested after an off-campus fight. Those 3 players have since been kicked off the football team and now face charges in the case. Colorado State University Athletic Director Jack Graham composed a response to the matter and shared it with CSU faculty, Staff, and Students and CSU Ram fans. We are going to share that letter with you in it entirety.

A highlight of this year’s festivities is the Earth Day Celebration and Student Sustainability Fair on the Lory Student Cent Plaza from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. today. (Wednesday, April 18th)

When I was kid playing Frisbee golf at Jaycee Park in Mandan, North Dakota we never dreamed it would become a real sport. It was just a game to play to kill a day in the park. These days people are playing the game all over the country. In fact, CSU has just won a national championship in Frisbee golf. Way to bring it home Rams. Can a lawn dart championship be far behind?
April 15, 2012 Colorado State University will have two public input opportunities next week to allow community members to ask questions and make comments about the proposed on-campus stadium. The meetings will be at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 16th and Tuesday, April 17th in the Fum McGraw Athletic Center’s first-floor auditorium.
CBS Sports is reporting that Colorado State University has hired a new Basketball Coach and will make a formal announcement today or tomorrow. Ernie Kent has reached a principal deal with CSU according to the report.
CSU football coach Jim McElwain has some drama to deal with already. Three CSU Football players were linked to a beating over the weekend in Fort Collins. According to the Coloradoan the most severe punishment he can give them right now is indefinite suspension, but that further discipline could be laid down once more information is available.
MCI Field Exercise at CSU – Colorado State University is partnering with emergency responders in the city and county in a training exercise.
March Madness is in full effect! The CSU Ram's women's basketball team and the University of Colorado women were both selected to play in the Women's National Invitation Tournament. They will play each other in the 1st round on Wednesday. Meanwhile the CSU Rams men's basketball team will get a sendoff today as they travel to Kentucky for the Big Dance.
