This footage claims to be "unseen" because it's taken from behind the barrier lines. It gives you a good idea of what it looked like in the canyon as it flooded.
We've had quite a few pictures posted of what is now left of Highway 34 in the Thompson Canyon between Loveland and Estes Park, but now now we have aerial video of the canyon.
On a day where many are staying as far away from rivers in Northern Colorado like the South Platte, the Big Thompson, and the Cache la Poudre, and for good reason, there are a few folks who are getting as close as they can so we smart/scardy-pants folks can see whats going on a ground zero.
The rain continues to fall and the waters continue to rise as this horrendous flooding wreaks havoc on Colorado. Check out some of these video people have uploaded to YouTube that show just how devastating this water can be.
