Realities for Children is breaking the mold and bringing a unique way to raise awareness to the issue of abuse and neglect of the children in our community, with the Realities Rooftop Raise, this April for National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Townsquare Media will broadcast live from the roof of a local business, and invite community members to come out and participate as we call on the NoCo community to come together and support our kids. We’ll tell stories throughout the month of children who have benefited from emergency funding and programs, on average, 19 new cases of child abuse occur every day in Larimer County, Realities for Children and Townsquare Media are working together to shine a light on the issue of child abuse, and give hope to those who need it.
