Last night we received even more details about what exactly Sigg did to Jessica Ridgeway after he kidnapper her approximately three weeks ago; these details were tough for us to even write due to their horrific nature. Legally Sigg is not an adult since he is only 17 years old. However, since the crime is so heinous, should he be tried as an adult. That is our web question of the day!
