It was "Star Search".  Now there are more than I can watch.  Country music has been represented over the years with shows like "Nashville Star" and "Can You Duet".   Blake Shelton is one of the judges on "The Voice". Some country stars like Carrie Underwood have made a splash on shows like "American Idol" and now Keith Urban is set to be one of the judges.
