T-Mobile customers may get to see refunds coming to them after a settlement was reached involving "cramming" or third-party charges on your bill.

As KDVR reported, it is something that the majority of people these days have to do, pay your cellular phone bill.

But wait, what about all of those unexpected charges? Wait I have never even heard of this? Why am I getting charged for this?

That is that what the Federal Trade Commission fought for us on, and we won.

The Colorado Attorney General announced there was a settlement made for "cramming" or third-party charges on your bill in the amount of $90 Million dollars.

If you are a customer you can get additional information and submit a claim for a refund here: www.t-mobilerefund.com.  You can also call the refund program’s administrator at (855) 382-6403 with questions.
