I have seen so many pictures and so much video of the devastating destruction in the Big Thompson Canyon from the Flood that has touched my soul. My friend Drew from Star Painter Productions shot some incredible video this week that just ripped my heart out. It's Sylvan Dale Ranch, west of Loveland. My wife Jenny and I got married there 19 years ago. (September 24, 1994) I cried as I watched these two videos because of our personal connection to the ranch and my heart goes out to the Jessup family.
The 1st video was shot on the north side of the Big Thompson River at Sylvan Dale Ranch.
The 2nd video was on the south side of the Big Thompson River.
