The 28 Hours of Hope with Susan And Volare [VIDEO]
March 7, 2012 10:04 AM My baby celebrates her 1st birthday on Sunday. She was born just a few hours after the 28 Hours of Hope wrapped up on K99. Brian,Todd, a BUNCH of volunteers, and I had been up for 28 hours and were in a state of euphoria after raising $60,000 for our cause: Abused Children in Northern Colorado.
When I got home around 11am my mare Tiara let me know immediately that she’d been waiting to have her baby til I got there. It was the first time I’d seen a horse birth, it was just a lovely experience with an experienced ‘mom’ and a healthy filly.
The 28 Hours of Hope is March 22-23, 2012 on K99.
