Summer Shade Photo Contest Rules

• Price of the pergola is $3,000 maximum, the winner may choose to upgrade their pergola at cost to them
• You will receive a 10'x10' pergola (built to code)
• Adequate yard space must be provided according to city of residence
• The pergola will be built using cedar wood with elastomeric coating
• The pergola includes a 3 year warranty on craftsmanship
• Your pergola will be complete in approximately 1 week (Weather pending)
• The pergola's construction date is subject to availability of Northern Colorado Home Improvements
• Permit fee not included (home owner must follow building codes)
• Northern Colorado Home Improvements isn't responsible for moving underground utilities or sprinkler systems for placement of the pergola
• You must be the homeowner of the property where the pergola will be constructed
• You must be 18 years of age and live within our terrestrial listening area to participate
