I work in Windsor and if you have spent much time in the town, you know that the selection of restaurants isn't exactly vast. So, I find myself at Stuft quite often, and I love it! The unique burger joint that started in Fort Collins, then expanded to Windsor, is expanding again, this time into Greeley.

Greeley has already had a taste of what Stuft is all about because the restaurant rolled out their food truck last summer, and had success. Now Stuft will have a more permanent, year-round place to serve up their Hangover Burger or the Fat Elvis.

The new location is downtown at 819 9th Street, in what used to be the Armadillo. And according to the Stuft website will open June 1st.

The owner has also mentioned the possibility of eventually moving Stuft into Loveland, Longmont, or even Cheyenne.
