I got the opportunity to go to the soft opening of the new restaurant Smokin Fins at the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins last Friday night. This place has an array of seafood that will satisfy the cravings of even the pickiest of seafood eaters! The menus offers a variety of sushi, seafood, smoked meats and more.
