Silver Grill Closed This Week for Major Remodel
Craving a cinnamon roll or a fabulous Bloody Mary bar? You'll have to wait a week to satisfy your craving.
The Silver Grill Cafe, Fort Collins' oldest restaurant, closed yesterday after brunch but will luckily be back open for this weekend's brunch plans. The reason for the Monday through Friday closure? A major remodel.
The Silver Grill hasn't done a major renovation in 29 years, and it's time.
According to The Coloradoan, the improvements to the iconic restaurant will include, "larger booths, new flooring, new counter tops, new trim, new colors and kitchen upgrades, among other renovations."
The restaurant reopens on Saturday, September 17th.
