Should NASCAR Driver Tony Stewart Face Criminal Charges? [POLL]

There is a lot of debate going on about the recent racing tragedy that took the life of Kevin Ward Jr. There are many who feel that Tony Stewart should face charges and that he should have been able to avoid running into Kevin. I have looked at the video over and over and am not sure. There is no doubt that is was stupid of Kevin to walk onto the middle of the track but you can see others spot him and avoid him. I have to admit I am on the fence on this one.
