Should a 16-year-old be allowed to get a driver’s license? [POLL]

Last weekend a teenager was behind the wheel when his large truck swerved onto the shoulder and  killed two women who were changing a tire on a Colorado freeway early Saturday morning. The driver was only 16-years-old. It made us wonder. Is 16 too young to be driving.  Please answer our poll!
