Shawn Leighman Wins the Darius Rucker Home for the Holidays Trip [VIDEO]

We at K99 are very proud to announce our Darius Rucker 'Home for the Holidays' winner. Where will he be flying to? He's not even sure, but I had a few suggestions.

Shawn Leighman from Fort Collins, Colorado, was the proud winner of our Home for the Holidays national contest.

Shawn and his family will now be flying to a destination of their choice anywhere in the domestic United States courtesy of Darius Rucker and Capitol Records. I asked him during my show where they were going and they were still shell shocked at winning and really had no idea. I suggested Las Vegas, a beach in California or maybe New York City to see the lights.

He's a Texas native, but his family will be coming to "Colorful Colorado" for Christmas so they are moving to plan b.

Shawn also won a signed guitar from Darius Rucker and we threw in $500 cash just for good measure. Congrats Shawn and we hope you and your beautiful family have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
