Sgt. Eugene M Aguon - Age 23 from Mangilao Guam. Killed In Action on May 16, in Kabul, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked their unit with a vehicle borne improvised explosive device. Sgt. Aguon was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 294th Infantry Regiment, 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Fort Juan Muna, Guam. Also killed was Spc. Dwayne W. Flores.
