It was such a wonderful day yesterday. I got to sit and watch football while my wife, daughter and grandson went to the pumpkin farm and came home with a truckload of pumpkins for carving. We have always enjoyed the traditional ritualistic massacre of the holiday gourd but they took it to a new level this year. Kyla, Vanessa and Zander decided they were going to get really creative this year and boy did they ever.

I have just had the traditional Jack-o-Lantern but this year I have a cat, Thomas the Train, Micky Mouse, and an Angry Bird. The key to carving is having the proper tools. Make sure you get an elaborate cutting kit and turn loose your imagination.
