Big Night For Country Music On American Idol
Country music was well represented last night on American Idol. After nailing Lonestar‘s ‘Amazed’ with his first performance, Scotty McCreery took on Idol mentor Jimmy Iovine’s choice of ‘Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not’ by Thompson Square. Scotty also did a version of Kenny Rogers’ classic “She Believes in Me”.
Lauren performed Faith Hill’s “Wild One”, “If I Die Young” from The Band Perry, and “I Hope You Dance”. Here is Lauren’s performance of the Lee Ann Womack classic.
