Ronnie Dunn Special Edition CD to Benefit Wounded Warrior Project Avaliable at Cracker Barrel

It has become a family tradition to go out and eat with the family on Thursday nights, and it always excites me when someone comes up with the idea to drive to Loveland to eat at the Cracker Barrel. This last Thursday was one of those nights. The atmosphere, the music, the food, it is all always great at the Cracker Barrel. The music I speak of that happened to be playing this week was the new CD that the restaurant was showcasing from a guy who happens to be coming to our neck of the woods here real soon. Ronnie Dunn and Cracker Barrel have teamed up to give us good music for a good cause.

‘Ronnie Dunn – Special Edition,’ a deluxe package version of his 2011 self-titled debut is available now through the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Music Program.

“More than ever before, I feel as though this album gave me a chance to tell my own story through sounds that mean a lot to me,” Dunn says of his latest project (quote via Webster & Associates PR). “And it’s particularly gratifying because, by working with Cracker Barrel, a portion of the CD retail sales will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project. To me, that truly makes this CD a special edition.”

The deluxe version will feature all 12 of the album’s original tracks, as well as the two unreleased tunes, ‘Keep on Lovin’ You’ and ‘I Love My Country.’ The latter is an appropriate way to kick off the new project, considering the Wounded Warrior Project’s mission to provide unique and direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members.

Dunn first released his self-titled debut solo album on June 7, 2011. The project premiered at No. 1 on the country albums chart and has produced the Top 10 single, ‘Bleed Red,’ as well as the hits,  ‘High Cost of Livin’ and 'Let the Cowboy Rock.' The new deluxe version is available for $11.99 at all Cracker Barrel locations and at Cracker Barrel’s official website.
