In just eight days, Rodney Atkins will join Little Big Town on June 24th up on the main stage for night #1 at the K99 'Taste of Country' concerts (tickets & info) at the Greeley Stampede, presented by the Colorado Beef Council and Ehrlich Toyota. Last week Atkins was busy raising money for tornado victims.

Rodney Atkins kicked off CMA Music Festival last week by headlining the first annual Music City Gives Back concert, which raised funds for the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. Over $90,000 was raised, in gifts, donations and sponsorship dollars. Held in downtown Nashville, Rodney, Josh Thompson, Thompson Square, Patrick Davis and Mallory Hope played to more than 6,000 fans.

“This concert was built out of a labor of commitment to give back to those in need after the devastating natural disasters that have recently wreaked havoc on so many people’s lives lately,” Rodney said. “We are thrilled to be able to have given fans an opportunity to enjoy a great night of music and to donate items and money to those in need.”
