Redbox rentals have made our life somewhat a little more easier when it comes to watching movies or playing games. You can expect to see rates increase soon.

As Yahoo Movies reported, we are about to see the second price increase in twelve years. That's not bad.

Renting a DVD from Redbox is about to cost 25 percent more. Beginning Dec. 2, the rate will jump from $1.20 to $1.50 for DVDs, while Blu-ray discs will rent for $2, up from their current price of $1.50. Video games will also see an increase in January, from $2 to $3 a day.

It's only a few cents, or $1.00. That really isn't that bad.
