This is a meal that can make you feel like a gourmet cook without a lot of fuss and it can help you forget there is snow on the ground. Let's take a mental trip to somewhere warmer with this tasty recipe.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed), 2 Cups assorted bell peppers (cubed), 1 medium onion (cubed), 2 Tbs brown sugar, 1 can of pineapple chunks, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and orange juice

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Cook the chicken in a little oil till browned. Add the peppers and onions and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring at least once. Now add 4 splashes of soy sauce, 2 splashes of Worcestershire sauce, about a 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice (from the pineapple chunk can) and orange juice along with the brown sugar, stir to completely coat. Cook another 2 minutes. Serve with rice. (if it is too juicy sprinkle with a little cornstarch and stir)
