You order it when you go to the 'Pea', why not make it yourself as a new side dish on your Thanksgiving table.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 10 oz package of frozen broccoli crowns, 1 can of cheddar cheese soup, fill the empty soup can 3/4's of the way with milk, 1 cup of Velvetta cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

In a medium saucepan warm the soup and milk on medium for about 5 minutes, then add the Velvetta, once the Velvetta has melted add in the broccoli and 2 Tbsp of butter, stir till mixed and add to your rice. (if it looks too thick add a little more milk). Put the rice mixture into a baking dish and top with the cheddar cheese, bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!
