The Superbowl is a feeding frenzy! No matter how you try to deny it, that's what it is. I would dare to say there is likely more Pepto eaten on Superbowl Sunday than any other day of the year! So let's add fuel to the fire with some chili cheese dog bombers!

What You'll Need:

1 pkg of hot dogs, 1 can of your favorite chili/or homemade, 8 oz pkg of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 small white onion-diced, 1 can of biscuits (I use Grands original)

Putting it all Together:

cut the biscuits in half-horizontally, this will give you 16 pieces of biscuit. Coat  large muffin tins with non-stick spray and form each biscuit piece into the tin, like a cup or "taco bowl". Bake the biscuits till a lightly browned and no longer doughy. Remove from pan and let cool. Meanwhile, heat chili and cook hotdogs. I cook the hotdogs in a skillet until they are good and brown. (You will not use the whole package and only about half a dog per biscuit)

Assembly, place a hotdog piece into each biscuit cup and top with chili-the amount depends on how messy you want them to be! :) Now sprinkle each with diced raw onions and shredded cheese. YUM!!!!
