WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 whole chicken cut into portions, enough canola or veggie oil to fry in a dutch oven, 2 cups of flour, cayenne pepper, pepper, garlic powder, 2 cups of milk, 2 Tbs of Red Hot (or more if you like it hotter)

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Wash, rinse and pat dry chicken pieces. Put oil in pot to half way up and heat to 350 degrees. In two separate bowls, combine the dry ingredients in one and the wet in the other. (yes add the hot sauce to the milk) Dip chicken into the dry mix, the wet and the dry again and cook in the oil under golden brown, bone in will take about 20 minutes.

Serve with extra hot sauce and ranch! Enjoy!
