What You'll Need:

1 pound of pork, I used pork loin chops, chopped into bite sized pieces
2 bags of bean sprouts
1 lb of snow peas
3 large carrots, peeled and julienne 2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce

Putting It All Together:

place the pork in a storage bag and add the sugar,hoisin sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic
and sriracha sauce. massage the bag to coat the pork and put in refrigerator while you
prepare the carrots. (if you can leave the pork in the sauces for at least 30 minutes you will
get a stronger flavor)

heat up a large pan with a Tbsp or so of vegetable oil and add pork after 7 minutesadd the carrots cook for another 5 minutes and add the peas and sprouts cook an additional 5 minutes and serve. I served mine with brown rice. A healthy rice serving when watching your waistline is 1/4 cup, just maintaining go ahead and splurge with 1/2 cup of rice.
