Sometimes dinner is more of a hassle than its worth. Cooking, cleaning and creating can be exhausting. So, one night a week how about picking up a 5 dollar rotisserie chicken and tear it up till its yours. There are many things and ways to deconstruct a rotisserie chicken.  Let's start by picking one up at your local market. I like to get mine from Sams Club as its only 4.99 and they have great flavor and even greater possibilities. Tonight, let's tear into it. Once you're home and changed into some comfy clothes, yes that's part of the recipe-go change!

What You'll Need:

1 rotisserie chicken
1 large bag country cut
hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken
soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water or chicken broth
1 can or small frozen bag corn

Putting It All Together:

tear the breast meat up
and the back, basically
all meat with the exception
of the legs and wings-they'll
make a great lunch

in large skillet cook the
hashbrowns with a little bit
of veggie oil, once they
are almost done add the chicken
corn, soups water/broth and milk

heat till warmed through and
serve with bread and a salad.
