Simple Dimple is the name of the game here. There are many variations of the same thing and your creativity can change this every time.

Here's what you'll need:

a small flavored tortilla, I use a smart tortilla at 50 calories-garlic and herb, light cream cheese and three slices of your favorite lunch meat. (or left over chicken) Add lettuce, tomato and avocado if you like.

Putting it Together:

spread as little or as much cream cheese as you like to cover the entire surface. Layer on meat (and other items should you choose) roll it up and go.

Told you it was simple... Just this morning Ashley said what should I eat, I am hungry-I ran to the kitchen, as she was running right on time for school-this would have set her behind as teenagers don't know how to hurry... LOL I made this for her in a jiffy and she was off on her way.
