Call me crazy and most of you have at least once in 17 years, lol, but I had this wild dream about a recipe. My friend Ann loves pork, especially bacon and is always posting some crazy pork picture on Facebook. Well last night I had a dream that I was at Ann's and she was eating this delicious pork pot pie, I asked her for a bite and it was so good. I woke up thinking, I can make that! So let's make this pleasing pork pot pie.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

4 bone-in loin chops, 1 Tbs of butter, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 medium onion (chopped) 2 large potatoes (mostly cooked in the microwave-skin on and cubed) and a pie crust

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Brown the pork chops in the butter in a medium high skillet, reduce heat after you have browned both sides. Remove pork chops (remove meat from bone and cube) add a bit more butter along with onions, cook for 3 minutes then stir in the potatoes, canned soup + half of a can of water or milk and the cubed browned pork chops. Take the mixture and spoon into a full pie pan with crust or cut the pie crust into smaller circles and line a muffin pan, fill and  top with another small circle of pie crust. (another great "pie crust" would be puff pastry found in the freezer aisle) Cook till brown and bubbly.

Enjoy!!!!
