When you want to turn the kitchen into your favorite restaurant add a little flair.



8 Slices of Challah bread, 8 slices of Turkey, Ham and Swiss cheese, 2 Eggs, 3 Tbs Milk, Dijon Mustard, Raspberry preserves and powdered sugar


Lay out the slices of bread and spread each slice with Dijon mustard, then a piece of Swiss cheese, Turkey and Ham. Then spread on a small amount of Raspberry preserves, a slice of turkey and another slice of ham and cheese, repeat this for all four sandwiches.

In a medium bowl ( I like to use a pie plate ) mix together the egg and milk, whisk till foamy and dip the sandwiches, both sides. (kind of like you were making french toast)

Bake on a baking sheet in a 425 degree oven for about 8 minutes on each side, yes after the first 8 minutes carefully, with a wide spatula or two small spatulas and a chimpanzee turn each sandwich over.

Dust them with powdered sugar and enjoy!
