Recipe Rescue: Greek Pizza
Have you ever had the perfect bite of food? That one bite where you can taste every ingredient and hope the next bite is just as good? This is one of those perfect bite recipes.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
4 Large Flour Tortillas, fresh mozzarella, feta crumbles, Kalamato olives, half of a green pepper (bell pepper), jar of basil marinara, ripe tomatoes (optional fresh basil) and olive oil
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
Preheat oven to 450
Lay all four tortillas out on the counter, ladle on about a 1/4 cup of sauce (more if you like more) lay out around 5 tomato slices (thinly cut) on each followed by the green pepper (also thinly sliced), top with 5 rounds of the fresh mozzarella then olives. Two pizza’s should fit on one baking sheet, bake till the crust is crispy. Once you’ve removed the pizza’s from the oven lay down a few fresh basil leaves if you choose to use them then sprinkle with feta crumbles and drizzle each one with olive oil.
