Heat up the court tonight with Rams Madness, these Fiery March Madness balls but the fire and the fly in the game.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
2 pkgs of room temperature cream cheese, 1 10 oz can of chicken (you could also boil a couple of chicken breasts and dice), 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 Tbs of Red Hot (plus a dash if you like it spicier), 2 celery stalks (finely diced and squeezed to remove moisture the refrigerate until needed, just before rolling the balls mix the celery with about a 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs) and 1 pkg of powder ranch mix
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
Mix together everything but the celery and refrigerate for about an hour. Using an ice cream scoop or rounded Tbs measuring spoon, form balls until the mixture is used up. Roll the balls in the diced celery and bread crumb mixture.
They earned the No. 8 seed and now the CSU Rams take on the 9-seeded Missouri tonight in Kentucky. Tip off is at 7MDT and will air on TBS.
