Recipe Rescue: Donna’s Taco Chip Casserole

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1 Pound of hamburger, 1 pkg of taco seasoning, 1 can of green enchilada sauce, plenty of cheese (your favorite) and a bag of Nacho Doritos
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
Brown the hamburger add the seasoning then layer the meat topped with cheese, sauce and chips as many times as you want ending with more chips and cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is all melted.
Donna says that you can add ‘taco fixings’ to the dish when you serve it like lettuce, sour cream and black olives and you know me, I’ll probably throw in some pickled jalapenos!

The Greeley Stampede is coming up, and you know what that means. Corndogs, cowboy hats, concerts, and cars. One of the best parts of the 10-day festival is the demolition derby. Hundreds (yes, hundreds) of drivers will partake in the destructive chaos. This year's demolition derby will take place on July 7th at 2:00 PM, and tickets cost $20-25.
