Recipe Rescue: Cheesy, Beany Roasted Potatoes
Football is the only thing that would make these potatoes any better!

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
4 Russet potatoes (cubed), 1 can of cheddar cheese soup, 1/2 pound of ground sausage (browned with a small onion and drained), 1 cup of salsa and 1 can of chili
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
Cube the potatoes skin on, toss with oil and roast with salt and pepper at 450 degrees till tender on a baking sheet. Meanwhile, mix together the soup, salsa, sausage and chili, heat in microwave for 3-5 minutes and stir. When potatoes are done put them in a greased baking dish, pour soup mixture over the top and if you want top with a cup of shredded cheese. Put back into the oven for about 15 minutes or until all the cheese is melted and bubbly.
