It's another great dish to whip up for the big game or just because you have the munchies.

1 lb ground beef, small onion (diced), 1 pkg of taco seasoning, 1 pkg of shredded Mexican Blend Cheese, 2 pkgs or crescent rolls, 1 can of refried beans with jalapenos, half a head of iceberg lettuce (shredded) two tomatoes and sour cream.

Brown the hamburger with the diced onions, add the taco seasoning and water per pkg directions and mix in the can of refried beans, remove from heat and prepare your crescent rolls. Unroll the pkg and lay the rolls out fat edge to fat edge in a circle. Spread the meat out along the fat edges all around the circle, top with 3/4 of the cheese and bring the pointed end up over the meat, it doesn't have to touch the other side, top with the rest of the cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.

Serve on a round platter and put the lettuce and tomatoes in the center of the ring, as you can see by the picture you can get creative and use a bell pepper (cut out) for your salsa, if using salsa.

***I like it spicy so I typically add pickled jalapenos on top of the meat mixture before baking.
