WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Franks Red Hot, Butter, 1 packet of Ranch dressing mix, 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 celery stalk (chopped) and mac and cheese

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Saute the chicken breasts in a little bit of oil and butter till they are cooked through (about 7 minutes each side), remove from pan (when cool enough cube the cooked chicken) and add enough Franks Red Hot to coat the bottom of the pan, add a Tbsp of butter and 1 celery stalk, cook for 1-2 minutes, you want the flavors to marry, but you want the celery to still have a crunch add the chicken back into the pan to coat with the sauce.

Whether you have made a boxed mac and cheese, your own recipe or picked some up from your local deli add the packet of ranch dressing and mix well now add the chicken, if you have a lot of juice in the pan, just add the chicken and celery until you can taste it, you might not want to add all the juice, it may make your mac and cheese too runny or too spicy, you'll have to be the taste judge here.

For extra flavor and fun top with enough cheese to cover and place under broiler till brown and gooey.
