This time of year the bikini clad women stare out at us from the cover of Sports Illustrated and other popular magazines. Summertime is about the food, so I think that Sports Illustrated should plaster our favorite foods on the cover of their magazine. And if it makes them feel better they can feel free to put a bikini on my meatloaf.Meatloaf and sexy aren't two words typically seen together, but once you've tried this meatloaf, you'll be putting the two together for a long time.

*D's seasoning blend: garlic powder,
ground black pepper and season all.

Putting It All Together:

preheat your grill, that's right, we're putting this meatloaf on the grill. light all burners for the preheat, we'll turn half of them off when its time to cook.

In a bowl big enough to mix ingredients
add cheese, mayo, seasoning's, egg's,
sauteed onions, Worcestershire sauce,bread crumbs
and bacon (crumbled). once the ingredients
are mixed well, add hamburger and mix
lightly, pulling upwards as you mix.
over mixing can make your meatloaf
tough and dense.

in a separate bowl mix together
the ketchup and mustard, put about
a third of this mixture into your
meatloaf. add brown sugar to the
remaining ketchup and mustard
mixture and blend well.

in a 9x11 aluminum baking dish
add two whole hamburger buns and
set shaped meatloaf on top. the
buns will absorb the excess grease
from your meatloaf. Top meatloaf with
remaining ketchup blend.

turn one side of the grill off and
place your pan down,we are using
indirect heat. If you have six
burners turn off middle burners
and set your pan in the middle.
the remaining burners should be
set to medium. -your pan will be
on the part of the grill that is
turned off.

grill your meatloaf with a closed
lid for about an hour, no peeking.
using a ready read thermometer your
meatloaf should be between 155-165
degrees.

Serve with foil potatoes.

Foil potaoes

heavy duty foil, 4-5 sliced potatoes, 4 Tbsp butter, small onion, salt and pepper. Wrap and throw on 'warming' rack of grill till done.
