Recipe Rescue: Bacon Wrapped Mini Hot Dog Bites-Deep Fried!

So the gang is coming over for a backyard party, snacks are the hardest! Sure everyone has chips and dips, cheese and crackers, fruit and veggies, but you... you have bacon wrapped mini hot dogs that you deep fried! Let's get the party started!

Here's What You'll Need:

A pkg of hotdogs, a pkg of bacon and vegetable/canola oil for frying and toothpicks

Putting It All Together:

Chop the hotdogs into three pieces each, take a half of a piece of bacon and wrap completely around the hotdog and secure with a toothpick. Heat the oil in a heavy deep pan to 350 degrees. Drop the hotdogs in slowly, do not overcrowd the pan and be careful when removing them and let drain on paper towels.
