What better combination than cheeseburgers and pie, this recipe can be made a million ways, but this way is one of the easiest.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 pkg of biscuits, 1 pound ground beef (cooked and drained), I cup of cubed Velveeta, 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 small onion (diced) Mustard, Ketchup and hamburger Dill Pickles

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Layer a large pie plate with the biscuits, along the bottom and up the sides and set aside while you prepare the filling. Once you have browned and drained the hamburger add a couple of squirts of ketchup and mustard, to your liking, like a lot of ketchup add a little more and vice-versa, add a splash of the pickle juice (optional) then add a handful of pickles to the meat mixture (you can dice them or leave them hole) and add the Velveeta, cook until the cheese has melted and stirred in, you might want to add a dash of milk if it is too dry. Pour meat mixture into the pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, make sure the biscuits are not doughy in the center (don't stick your finger in center, use a butter knife) when you pull it out of the oven immediately top it with the Cheddar Cheese. When serving you can drizzle on more ketchup and mustard and decorate with pickle slices.
