Who says that it has to be Thanksgiving to enjoy some of your favorite food combinations,not me, in fact this 365 Turkey and Stuffing Casserole might just be what the upcoming snow spell is calling you to make.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 pound of ground turkey, 2 ribs of celery, 1 small onion (diced), 1 cup of cranberries or cran-raisins, 1 tsp of sage or poultry seasoning, 1 box of turkey or chicken stuffing (the instant kind like Stove-Top) 1 Tbs butter plus one cup of chicken broth

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Melt the butter in a medium skillet, add the onion and celery, cook for 3 minutes then add the turkey and poultry seasoning, cook about 7 minutes. Meanwhile, make the stuffing according to the package. Fill a casserole dish/baking dish with the turkey meat, sprinkle with cranberries (or cran-rasins) and top with the stuffing, pour the chicken broth over the top and bake at 350 for up to 40 minutes.
