Recipe Rescue: 12 Days of Christmas; Who Says Tator Tots Aren’t for Christmas!
I don't eat tater tots very often but when I do I love them. I love them smothered in ketchup and dressed in cheese. I love tater tots buried in hamburger with corn and a top my favorite hot dishes. One of the most asked recipe questions for me any time of year and especially during the holidays is "What kind of side dishes can I make". Let me introduce you to my little friend the tater tot.

What You'll Need:
1 lb bag of tater tots
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
couple shakes of Franks Red Hot
1 lb of cheddar cheese, shredded (put about half a cup aside for topping)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick of butter, softened
