Prom is an Expensive Milestone
My husband and I went to dinner Saturday night and a few tables away we saw
several beautiful young couples who were apparently on their way to their prom.
I don’t imagine any of the high school girls today sew their own dresses, do each others hair and make up or take many cost saving steps. According to USA Today,
the prom has become expensive. Between the limo, dress, flowers, hair, etc, the
average family of a teenager is expected to lay out $1, 078 on the prom this year
