Two suspects have now been identified by police after allegedly robbing Good Day Pharmacy in Loveland and then fleeing the scene on Thursday, October 8.

The Police Department has issued warrants for both Joni and Paul Alness for aggravated robbery of a controlled substance and three counts of aggravated robbery in connection with the incident that occurred around 3 p.m. on North Boise Avenue in Loveland last week.

According to reports, the couple entered the pharmacy with their faces covered, implied that they were armed, and demanded money and prescription pills from a store employee. After receiving what they asked for, they then reportedly fled southbound in a white SUV with an Illinois license plate. Police set up a perimeter within the area in order to locate the suspects, but were unsuccessful. McKee Medical Center was also placed on lock-down during the time of this incident.

Joni Alness, 44-years-old, is described as being 5'2", weighs 170 pounds, and has black hair and hazel eyes. Paul Alness, 35-years-old, is 6'1", weighs 178 pounds, and has blonde hair blue eyes. Loveland Police are asking anyone with information about these suspects to contact Detective Denise Dean at 970-962-2258.
