Police Department Makes Girl Cry and Then Gives Her Ice Cream? [VIDEO]

For the most part I think most police departments get a bad rap and always fighting the PR struggle. This precinct though came up with a pretty good idea.

Check out these cops in Quincy, California. I'm sure they had a ball doing this and Sheriff Greg Hagwood, you guys are doing it right.  It's only fair to make people shake, sweat and cry before giving them ice cream.  What you are about to see are these guys, very seriously, pulling people over to reward them for good driving.  (They should have known something was up when they never asked for their insurance, registration and license.)

Seriously, I love this. This is now on my bucket list and I hope Greeley PD pulls me over someday to give me ice cream but I may have better chances getting pulled over in Quincy California.
