Paying it Forward Doesn’t Have to Cost you Anything, but it Will Always be Remembered
How many times have you run across someone at the grocery store that just looked down in the dumps, do you know a smile and saying hello might be all it takes to change their day?
I don’t know if you remember the movie, Pay it Forward, with Helen Hunt and Kevin Spacey, but I’ll tell you, if you need a wake up call or a goosebump moment take a look at this clip from the movie:
Unlike the movie, I don’t think paying it forward has to be huge, the simple acts from one human to another is all it takes to change the moment, day and sometimes life of those you touch, sometimes without ever even knowing it. So next time you get a chance, open a door, give a smile, pay someones restaurant tab without them knowing or offer the kid in front of you the last 5 cents he can’t seem to find in his pocket. 2013 Greeley Stampede Demolition Derby Gears Up July 7th
The Greeley Stampede is coming up, and you know what that means. Corndogs, cowboy hats, concerts, and cars. One of the best parts of the 10-day festival is the demolition derby. Hundreds (yes, hundreds) of drivers will partake in the destructive chaos. This year's demolition derby will take place on July 7th at 2:00 PM, and tickets cost $20-25.
