Opponent of CSU’s Proposed On-Campus Stadium Speaks Out [VIDEO INTERVIEW]

There could be a new stadium on the campus of Colorado State University. The main function of the new structure would be to host football games, but other events could happen there as well. Meetings have been held, committees convened. And sides are being taken.

I spoke earlier this year with a supporter of the on campus stadium, and because we don’t take sides here at TRI 102.5, I wanted to find someone from the other side to give their take.

Yesterday, I ran into a man holding a sign that was willing to speak with me and explain why he and his group do not want a new stadium to be built. Instead they want much less money to be spent on renewing Hughes Stadium, where the Rams currently play.
