Film buffs, ski bums, snow bunnies and gapers (well, maybe not them) are invited to check out 'Paradise Waits' at the Aggie Theatre —it's not just a concert venue—on October 13.

When I was seventeen, I saw a Warren Miller film at the Boulder Theater and it was a pretty cool experience (because that was in my ditch-class-go-to-Eldora phase). It's a great way to say goodbye to summer (or good riddance if you are anything like me).

The screening of Teton Gravity Research's 'Paradise Waits' is, of course, going to be all-out Fort Collins with New Belgium beers and the Aggie transforming into a movie theater for the night. And, all attendees score a lift ticket up to Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Saweeeet.

From the award-winning filmmaking crew that brought you 2014's Almost Ablaze, comes the story of one weird winter and the people who celebrate it... Paradise Waits - a ski and snowboard film.

You can get more information on the event's Facebook page.
